The KJ Pittalis Foundation Scholarship Programme is established to support academically capable and motivated students who demonstrate both merit and financial need, and who would otherwise face difficulty in accessing higher education.

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
2.1 Nationality & Residency
Be a Cypriot citizen and be a permanent and legal resident of the Republic of Cyprus for a minimum period of fifty (50) months at the time of application.
2.2 Academic Requirements
Hold a recognised High School Leaving Certificate with a minimum of 17/20 (or equivalent) and satisfy CIM Cyprus Business School admission requirements.
2.3 English Language Proficiency
Demonstrate proficiency in English (e.g. IELTS 5.5 or equivalent recognised qualification).

The application period for the KJ Pittalis Foundation Scholarship Programme will run from
06 July 2026 at 09:00 to 07 August 2026 at 23:59 (inclusive).
Applications will be assessed through a structured evaluation process conducted by a Scholarship Selection Committee comprising representatives of the KJ Pittalis Foundation and CIM Cyprus Business School.

The Committee reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification during the evaluation process.
Employees of CIM Cyprus Business School, Intergaz, and their affiliated companies, as well as their spouses and first-degree relatives, are excluded from participation in the Scholarship Programme.
The Scholarship covers tuition fees only and is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
Recipients must formally accept the Scholarship by signing a Scholarship Acceptance Form, including consent for processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Failure to comply with the acceptance requirements may result in forfeiture of the Scholarship.
9.1 Organiser’s Responsibility and Technical Issues
The KJ Pittalis Foundation and CIM Cyprus Business School (hereinafter referred to as “the Organisers”) shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, system failures, network disruptions, or other circumstances that may temporarily prevent the submission, receipt, or registration of applications through the Scholarship application system.
The liability of the Organisers shall be limited to cases of proven fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence, and shall in no event extend to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.
9.2 Communication with Applicants
The Organisers shall not be held responsible for any failure or inability to contact shortlisted candidates or applicants due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information provided during the application process, or due to circumstances beyond the Organisers’ control.
Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring that their contact details remain accurate and accessible throughout the selection process.
9.3 Acceptance, Eligibility, and Award Conditions
If a selected candidate:
the Organisers reserve the right to withdraw the Scholarship offer and, where applicable, award it to an alternative eligible candidate.
In such cases, the candidate shall have no further claim, right, or entitlement to the Scholarship, and the Organisers shall be released from any obligation toward that candidate.
9.4 Verification and Disqualification
The Organisers reserve the right to verify the accuracy of all information submitted as part of the application process.

9.5 Right to Amend or Cancel the Scholarship Programme
The Organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Scholarship Programme, including its timeline and terms and conditions, where necessary and justified.
Any such changes shall be communicated through appropriate official channels.
9.6 Publicity and Use of Name
By accepting the Scholarship, recipients agree that their name, general profile, and scholarship achievement may be used by the KJ Pittalis Foundation and CIM Cyprus Business School for communication, reporting, and promotional purposes related to the Scholarship Programme.
Such use shall be conducted respectfully and without additional remuneration beyond the Scholarship award itself.
Recipients may be asked to provide separate consent for specific media publications, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
